Change Management

Manajemen Perubahan

Getting people to work differently, and keeping them doing it after the enthusiasm fades.

Change management is the work of moving a group from an old way of working to a new one, and keeping the new one once the initial enthusiasm runs out.

In AI projects the pattern is predictable. Something gets built, a launch happens, the early adopters thrive, and then the roll-out stalls because nothing has changed for the people who did not volunteer. Their day still looks exactly the same, so the tool becomes one more thing to check.

The intervention that works is to change the work, not to brief the people. If the tool means a report is no longer written by hand, then the report has to stop being asked for, and someone's job description has to say so. Adoption follows a changed job, not a memo.
