AI Training
Pelatihan AI
Teaching a team to use these tools well, for their actual work.
AI training is the deliberate teaching of a team to use these tools on their real work. The useful version is not a tour of features. It is: here is your task, here is what the tool does well, here is where it fails, here is how you check its work.
The single highest-value topic is verification, because the team's instinct is to trust fluent output, and that instinct is exactly what produces bad outcomes. The second is context, because knowing what to put in the prompt is worth more than knowing which prompt to write.
The most common failure is training the tools instead of the work. A session full of live use of the team's own actual tasks, with the outputs reviewed together, beats any number of slide decks about the technology.
