AI Adoption
Adopsi AI
The organisational work of getting people to actually use a tool that works.
AI adoption is the organisational work that makes a capable tool actually get used. It is a change-management problem wearing a technology costume, and the usual causes of failure are social rather than technical.
Three patterns show up repeatedly. The tool gets piloted by the people who already like it, then the pilot results get generalised to a team with a different job. The training teaches the features instead of the workflow, so people learn what the buttons do but not when to reach for the tool. And nobody owns the follow-through, so the process quietly reverts.
The lever that works is narrowing. One workflow, one team, one metric, done well for a quarter, beats a company-wide announcement. People copy what they see their colleagues actually use, not what a launch deck promised.
