AI Governance
Tata Kelola AI
The rules your organisation sets for how AI is used, and who is accountable for them.
AI governance is the set of internal rules for using AI: which tools are approved, what data may go into them, what may be published, who signs off, and what happens when something goes wrong.
It is not the same as regulation. A government sets the outer boundary; governance decides how you behave inside it, and it is the part you actually control.
The minimum that helps: an approved tool list, a rule about what data may be pasted where, a named owner for each AI workflow, and a written escalation path. A policy that nobody has to follow is worse than no policy, because it creates the appearance of control.
