Integration
Integrasi
Connecting your system to the other systems it needs to work with.
An integration is a connection between two systems so one can act on the other's data: your CRM and the model that drafts follow-up emails, the calendar and the agent that books meetings.
The hard parts are never the happy path. They are authentication, rate limits, partial failure, and what happens when a field that used to exist disappears from the other side. Integrations written once and never revisited are where a company's automation quietly stops working.
For AI systems specifically, an integration is also a place where trust gets delegated. The more systems an agent can write to, the more a single bad instruction can damage. Scope each integration to the minimum it needs.
